Any feedback is greatly recived, what do you want to do in your training sessions......?

Odd week of speeds would be good considering nationals isn't that many weeks away.
Also need to think about turns for manikin tows etc as BULSCAs is in a 25m pool again and so many people got lost bobs off the turns
